Add Pages
With PDFgear, you can insert blank pages for notes or extra space, or append another PDF file into your document.
Insert a Blank Page in PDF
- Launch PDFgear and open the PDF file where you want to insert a blank page.
- Click on Pages in the top menu. You’ll see all the pages displayed as thumbnails.

Choose Where to Add a Blank PDF Page
- Select the page after which you want to insert a blank page.

Add a New Blank PDF Page
- Click New in the toolbar. A blank page will be added right after the selected page.
Append Another File into Your PDF
- Go to the Pages tab. Click Append File in the toolbar.

Choose to Append File
- In the pop-up window, click Add Files and select the PDF you want to insert.
- You can specify the page range of the inserted file (for example, only pages 1–3 of a 10-page document).

Append PDF Files
- Decide where to insert the new content:
Beginning: Insert at the very start of your PDF.
End: Insert at the end of the file.
Before the selected page: Insert right before the highlighted page.
After the selected page: Insert right after the highlighted page.
- Click the Append button to finish. The file or page range will appear in your PDF at the chosen position.
