Crop Pages

Sometimes PDFs include extra margins, headers, or footers that you don’t need. PDFgear lets you crop them out so your document looks cleaner and easier to read.

• Open PDFgear on your Mac and load the PDF you want to crop.
• Go to the Tools tab in the top menu and select Crop.

• A blue box appears around the page. Drag the edges to select the area you want to keep.

Customize Cropping PDF Page Settings

• For precise cropping, enter specific Width and Height values in the pop-up box.
• If you only want to crop the current page, simply confirm the selection.
• To crop all pages in the same way, check the Apply to all pages option before clicking OK.
