Extract Pages
Extracting pages lets you save part of a PDF as a new file. With PDFgear, you can pull out single pages or a custom range and keep them in a separate PDF.
- Open PDFgear on your Mac and open the PDF file that contains the pages you want to extract.
- Click on the Pages tab in the top menu bar. You will see thumbnails of all the pages in your PDF.

Select Extract PDF Pages
- Click the Extract button in the toolbar. This will open a new dialog window.

Customize Extracted PDF Pages
Enter a Custom Range (e.g., 1–3) to extract specific pages.
To extract just one page, type that page number.
- Choose a folder to save the new PDF. Enter a file name, then click Save.
