Print Settings
The Print window in PDFgear comes with detailed controls so you can fully customize your output.
Page Options
- All Pages: Prints the entire document.
- Page Range: Enter specific start and end pages.
- Selection: Select pages from the sidebar manually.
Page and Paper Settings
Paper Options
- Paper Size: Choose from A4, Letter, and more.
- Orientation: Switch between Portrait (vertical) and Landscape (horizontal).
- Scaling: Choose Scale to Fit to make the page match the paper size, or Scale Down Only to shrink oversized pages while leaving smaller ones unchanged.
Layout Options
- Pages per Sheet: Print multiple PDF pages on one sheet.
- Layout Direction: Define how the pages flow across the sheet.
- Border: Add borders around each page.
- Reverse Page Orientation: Flip the printing order.
- Flip Horizontally: Print a mirrored version of the page.

Paper Handling
- Collate Sheets: Keeps page order correct when printing multiple copies.
- Sheets to Print: Choose front, back, or all sheets.
- Sheet Order: Control whether pages are printed top-to-bottom or left-to-right.
