Print Settings

The Print window in PDFgear comes with detailed controls so you can fully customize your output.

Page Options

  • All Pages: Prints the entire document.
  • Page Range: Enter specific start and end pages.
  • Selection: Select pages from the sidebar manually.

Paper Options

  • Paper Size: Choose from A4, Letter, and more.
  • Orientation: Switch between Portrait (vertical) and Landscape (horizontal).
  • Scaling: Choose Scale to Fit to make the page match the paper size, or Scale Down Only to shrink oversized pages while leaving smaller ones unchanged.

Layout Options

  • Pages per Sheet: Print multiple PDF pages on one sheet.
  • Layout Direction: Define how the pages flow across the sheet.
  • Border: Add borders around each page.
  • Reverse Page Orientation: Flip the printing order.
  • Flip Horizontally: Print a mirrored version of the page.

Paper Handling

  • Collate Sheets: Keeps page order correct when printing multiple copies.
  • Sheets to Print: Choose front, back, or all sheets.
  • Sheet Order: Control whether pages are printed top-to-bottom or left-to-right.
