Text Markup

PDFgear makes it simple to mark up text in your PDFs. You can highlight, underline, strike through, or mark text for emphasis.

• Open your PDF in PDFgear and go to the Annotations tab at the top.
• Choose your preferred markup tool:

Highlight: Add a bright background color to key text.

Underline: Draw attention by placing a line under text.

Strikethrough: Cross out text you want to remove or ignore.

Marker: Draw freely with adjustable colors and stroke widths.

• Pick your preferred color from the palette.
• Click and drag over the text, and the markup applies instantly.

These tools make it easier to review, edit, and share PDFs with clear visual notes.
