No, you can’t highlight images directly. In PDFgear and Adobe Acrobat, you can use the Drawing or shapes tools to draw attention to parts of the image by adding shapes like circles, rectangles, or freehand lines.

If the text is part of an image (i.e., not selectable text), you won’t be able to highlight it like normal text.
