How to Add Comments to a PDF

Add Text: Click ‘Add Text‘ and select the desired position to enter your text. You can customize the font size and color in the sub-menu.

Add Note: Click on ‘Note’, and then click on the desired location to place the note.

Move/Delete Comments from PDF

Remove the Comment from PDF

Note that comments can only be moved to the same page and not to another page.

Delete the Comment: To remove a comment from the PDF, you have two options:

Method 1: Select the comment you want to delete and press the Delete key on your keyboard.

Method 2: Right-click on the comment and choose the ‘Delete’ option.
