How to Compress a Single PDF

Follow the steps below to compress a single PDF file:

Step 1. Click on the Compress button on the Tools tab after you open a PDF in the PDFgear editor.

Select the Compress Option

Step 2. Customize the Compression Level for the PDF file.

Step 3. Click on Compress in the lower right corner, and the folder with the compressed file will be opened automatically.
