How to Convert PDF to Other Formats

PDFgear makes it easy to transform PDFs into MS Office, images, RTF, HTML, XML, and more. Here are two simple methods to convert PDF into other formats:

View and Convert

After opening your PDF file in PDFgear, choose “Convert” > “To Word,” “To Excel,” “To PPT,” “To Image,” etc. to convert.

You can also use the floating button on the top right to quickly start PDF to Word, Excel, PPT, or image conversion. Select the output folder in the new dialog and click Convert to begin.

The converted file will be located automatically after the conversion is done.

Convert Directly

After opening the PDFgear program, click the relevant converter under the ‘Convert from PDF’ tab. In the new dialog, add the PDF file you want to convert.

Customize the output folder at the bottom if you need. Simply click the ‘Convert‘ button to start the conversion process.

Once done, the converted file will be located in the output folder automatically.
