How to Create PDF Files from Any File

PDFgear offers wide-format support, enabling users to effortlessly create PDFs from various file types such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, RTF, and TXT. There is no formatting loss during the conversion process.

Here is how to create PDF from other formats:

Step 1. After you open the PDFgear application, go to the Convert to PDF tab. Select the corresponding conversion function according to your needs.

Step 2. In the Pop-up, click on Add Files and select the file you want to convert to PDF from your device. The file will then be displayed in the list.

Step 3. Confirm your Output Path and then click on Convert. The PDF will be located in the pop-up window after the conversion as long as you check the View in File Explorer after the Conversion option.
