Welcome Page

1. Click on Open File and select the PDF file to open it.

2. Click on Contact Us anytime you need help. Leave your email address so that we can inform you promptly.

3. The Recent area lists the files opened before. Click on the Clear button to clear all file history.

4. The version of PDFgear is shown at the lower left corner of the page. Click on Check Upgrade to keep it up-to-date.

Document Page

1. The toolbar is prominently displayed at the top of the page, divided into 7 tabs to arrange all the functions.

2. The Bookmark/Thumbnail/Annotation panel on the left allows you to view your PDF in a more accessible manner.

3. The Quick Access toolbar on the right contains the Copilot function which supports a wide range of document operations to make all your PDFs intelligent. The converter icons will directly bring you to the corresponding function in which you can convert PDFs into other formats.
