Preference Settings

Click on Settings in the Help tab to customize Languages, Default Zoom, and User Information.

Set PDFgear as the default PDF viewer: You can set PDFgear as the default program for opening PDF files on this settings page.

Set Language: PDFgear adapts to your PC’s language settings. Change the interface language in system settings. It supports 11 languages, including English, French, and Spanish.

Default Zoom: Choose from 4 default zoom ratios that will be applied when opening a new PDF for the first time.

Author: Customize the author’s name shown in Notes by inputting a new name here.

Received Files Reminder: Check the button, and the PDFgear software icon will pop up to remind you when a new PDF file is received.
