Print a Single PDF File

Printing is the process of reproducing text and images, which is necessary when you need a hard copy of a helpful article or a PDF form you have designed. If you want to print a PDF file, then follow the steps below:

Step 1. Choose the Print option from the Home tab, or click the shortcut button for printing in the upper left corner.

Step 2. In the pop-up, customize the printing properties, including Printer, Annotations (with or without), Copies, Range, Double-sided Printing, Paper Size, Orientation, and Print Scaling.

Step 3. Once all options are set, click on Print to start printing your PDF.
