How to Reorder Pages in PDF

PDFgear makes it as simple and easy as possible to reorder pages in a PDF with its PDF editor.

Step 1. To rearrange pages in your PDF, click on the checkbox below the thumbnail of the page to select it (skip if there is only one page that needs to be reordered).

Step 2. Then, drag the page(s) needed to reorder and drop it to its new location.

Step 3. Click ‘Yes’ to confirm the reorder of the selected page in the pop-up notification window.
