How to Add Watermark to PDF

Create & Edit Watermark

Step 1. Choose ‘Create Watermark’ from the Watermark sub-menu under the Edit tab.

Step 2. In the pop-up, customize the watermark’s content, text properties (size, color, rotation angle, opacity), alignment, page range, and subset.

Step 3. After making adjustments, click ‘OK’ to apply the watermark to your PDF.

Delete Watermark

Step 1. Select ‘Delete Watermark’ from the Watermark sub-menu.

Step 2. Confirm by clicking ‘Yes’ in the following pop-up to remove all created watermarks from your PDF.

Please note that this operation will remove all watermarks created on the page in PDFgear. If a watermark appears as part of the PDF content, it cannot be removed.
