OCR (Optical Character Recognition) is a technology that converts scanned or photographed images of text into editable and searchable digital text. It can recognize characters from various fonts, sizes, and orientations, and is commonly used for document scanning, data entry, and text recognition in images.
The OCR feature can recognize and extract textual information from images.
Click on OCR in the Home tab and select the area you want to scan.
To get a better result for using OCR, choose the language based on the content in your screenshot.
Copy the text to your clipboard or directly Save it as a TXT file according to your needs.
